Vintage Mexican LOS CASTILLO Hand Carved Wood OWL Figurine Taxco

A vintage, hand-carved wood owl by the Los Castillo workshop is available.
Good used condition with normal wear and some light scratches. The black glass eyes are both securely set.
There are some rough patches/flaws on the back of the figure and the base.  See CU pic.
The owl measures approx. 6 1/2" wide x 5 3/4" high (to the ear tip) x 2 1/2" deep.
It weighs 21.7 oz. ( 1 lb., 5.7 oz.). The wood is unknown.
