Rare circa 1930's beautifully designed and executed tin pitcher by William Spratling, of Taxco, Mexico. Reminiscent of Spratling's later sterling silver pitcher design. The large swoop handle ending in a button sided loop. and large vertical spout are the traditional artistic design of that period.
Stamped with circular “WS Mexico” at base.

Mostly mottled gray old tin color with interesting slight tinges of grey/brown oxidation on top half of body. Superb hand wiped original soldering.
Height to top of handle approx. 4.75“ footprint is approx. 3.75” inches diameter.
