    Owner's comment: These are left-over items from my now long retired catalog business.  Due to its age or whatever, even though these are never out of boxes, they tend to run a bit slow.  I will never sell you one which does not run.  I test them under a lamp with 60w bulb and make sure it runs even though it may be a slow run.  Higher wattage bulb will make it run faster.  They all run super fine under direct sunlight but who puts it outside(?)  Sitting on a window sill does not insure its run.  It all depends on how bright the window sill is and our eyesight cannot tell/judge precisely lumen of brightness, so test it around the house if not under a lamp.  The price reflects a discount from my whole sale price.
