DOMESTIC ORDERS: Large/Heavy items are typically drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. This refers to items weighing over 100 lbs. (although some items can ship UPS/FedEx Ground in multiple boxes). There is generally a 3-4 business day lead time on these shipments.
Please note that the eBay delivery times are only “estimates” and it may take extra time to deliver the item. Some locations are more difficult to access by LTL (freight) carriers and this can add time to the final delivery date. As soon as we have tracking information on your order, we will make sure to upload the information to eBay for your records.
Once the product reaches your local delivery terminal, the carrier will reach out to you at the phone number you provided to eBay. They will be calling in order to schedule an appropriate date and time for delivery. If an appointment is scheduled by the customer but is missed by the customer, the customer is responsible for covering any re-delivery costs. Upon delivery of the product at the destination, please make sure to count the number of boxes listed on the shipping invoice. Also, please inspect the boxes for any damage. RETURNS POLICY
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking cost. Buyer is responsible for scheduling and paying for return shipping. Product must be in re-sellable condition. Buyer will not be reimbursed for original shipping costs. Although items typically ship for “Free”, we still incur a cost and that cost is non-refundable. Refund will be initiated after product is received and inspected.
Restocking cost is subject to change based on the condition of return. If an item is returned with damage, missing parts or damaged packaging, Serious Steel reserves the right to charge an appropriate restocking cost is based on the returned item condition. International shipments can take up to 30 days for delivery. Duties and taxes may be charged by the importing country and are the buyers responsibility.

EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges are accepted up to seven days after item has been delivered. A 10% re-stocking fee is applicable if the item exchanged has been used/damaged or not in “like-new” condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs of original item and the reshipment cost of the new item. Product must be in original packaging and re-sellable condition.

CANCELLATION
Buyer is responsible for any and all PayPal refund and/or cancellation of 3% of total. If the item has shipped, buyer is responsible for all shipping costs incurred throughout sale. We try and ship as fast as possible, especially with small items. Please let us know as soon as possible! If the product has already shipped and the customer would like to cancel the order, make the item “refused, return to sender” upon delivery of the item. Once the return is received, a refund will be applied per our return policy above.
