Near Mint - Aluminum Thimble w/Red Plastic Jewel Top - "HORROCKSES FABRICS * "
Rolled slashed rim. Wide red band has "
*  HORROCKSES FABRICS *
"  in raised letters.  Above the band is the
knurling.  Note in photo 1, in the knurling is an upside down stamping "Foreign".  See closeup photo 2, it has
been turned right side up, so that it can be read.  At the top is a Red plastic jewel with the needle indentations.
The condition is Near Mint,
in round with no holes, dents, or scratches. T
he only flaw is the red paint in the band
has several small chips, where it looks like it was used to push a needle and chipped the paint.
There are no
marking as to size, or maker.  It was acquired on Aug. 13, 1988, at the Benicia Peddlers Faire, Benicia, CA.
It stands 27/32" tall, and is 45/64" in diameter at the rim.
