    Description

    Lionel 8-87200 Buford & Roscoe Handcar in Box.  In will run with a nudge but not well.  Looking at the wheels one looks to be not aligned correctly.  So I will declare this as not running.  It is however complete with the tools in the original bag.  Both figures and the barrel.  Instructions, warranty card and packaging as well.
