High End Tiger 100V Rice Cooker Pressure?

Description

I am a big fan of tiger rice cookers and have a 3 cup at home we use every day.
I picked this up hoping to cook rice faster since somewhere online I read it is a pressure rice cooker, not sure. .
These are very expensive new, and very heavy about 15.2 pounds, so know it IS Tiger Super Quality. .
This was part of an Estate sale, and I cant find
out
much about it in English.
I tested it and it gets hot and cooks rice but due to me not being able to read the language, or figure out cooking times etc, I'm going to pass this one on.
I plugged it in to my 110 and it boils water, makes rice, and the functions and lights work to the best of my knowledge.  The bowl on the inside is slightly peeling in some spots I took pics of the. I read somewhere online the bowl has many layers and it doesn't look like the has gone through many layers. mine at home is peeling way worse than
this, and I still LoVe It! :-)
